Ideally, snagging should be carried out in advance of handover when the property is finished but before you have legal possession or move into the property.

You can try, however, professional inspectors have the experience, tools, and trained eye to notice things you may forget or miss as an untrained buyer.

A thorough snagging report is provided so that you can give it to the developer; in most cases, our clients are able to get the developer to correct the items before final handover.
