New Initiative for First-Time Home Buyers

Dubai Land Department and The Government of Dubai have launched an initiative to help first-time home buyers in order to make ownership more accessible in Dubai. This initiative will give priority to new property launches, preferential prices on selected units, and tailored financing options. This initiative has been possible thanks to developers, banks, and real estate brokers.
