Dubai Land Department and The Government of Dubai have launched a new initiative to help first time home buyers. This initiative will be offering exclusive benefits, such as: priority access to new units and existing inventory, preferential prices on selected units, flexible payment plans and competitive mortgage offers from banks.
This program allows you to buy either an Off-plan property with the participating developers or a ready property with the participating banks.
Requirements:
- Not own any freehold property in Dubai
- Valid residence
- Must be 18+ old
- Looking for a property under 5M AED

How to apply for the programme:
- Register in the DLD website or the Dubai REST app and submit the required documents.
- In case you are eligible you will receive an email and your First-Time Home Buyer QR code.
- With the QR code you can access program benefits through participating developers and banks.

What if I don’t find a property I like?
This QR will stay valid until a property has been purchased and registered with DLD by the beneficiary, so you have plenty of time to find it a property you like.
I already have a property in another Emirate, can I still apply?
Yes, as long as you don’t own any property in Dubai you are good to go.
Can I apply to buy a property with someone else?
Yes, as long as both of you meet the requirements and are eligible.
