Dubai Climbs Global Luxury Rankings
Dubai is now officially part of the 10 most expensive cities for the ultra-wealthy, ranking 7th in the 2025 Global Wealth and Lifestyle Report. This is not surprising considering the high demand for luxury properties and the tax-free environment that Dubai offers. This city has become a magnet for the elite that is looking for lifestyle and long-term value.
And because real estate plays a key role in this, the new projects being launched are nothing but pure luxury. Some developments that are standing out are: Amali Island, known as “The Maldives of Dubai” offers coastal living with private helipads, yacht berths, and exclusive beach front villas. Trump International Hotel & Tower, a $2 Billion, 80 story branded residence, estimated to be completed in 2031. Regent Residence is coming to raise the bar to another different level with pool balconies on every floor, exclusive rooftop spaces and pool.
With world class developments such as this, Dubai is not a luxurious spot, is the definition of luxury itself.
